    Returns Policy

     

    Hello everyone! Here is everything you need to know about our Returns Policy:

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pushpull.shop. Please include your full name and order number in your initial email. 

    From there we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      

    Refunds/ Store credit

    We do not issue refunds for returned items. For customers who have a change of mind, we can provide a value of store credit equivalent to the price of the garment returned. 

     

    Damaged/ Faulty Items

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and do our best to replace your item or provide store credit if we have sold out. 

     

    Exchanges

    Due to the nature of our limited supply/no restock business model, we will not be accepting size exchanges. If your item does not fit, we can offer a return for store credit as detailed above.
