    Hello everyone!
    Here is everything you need to know about our Returns Policy:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
    To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pushpullshop.com. From there we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    Exchanges.
    You are entitled to request an exchange of the same item in a different size within 7 days of receiving your order via customerservice@pushpullshop.com. Exchange of garments is subject to size availability. Upon receipt of your exchange request, we will issue you an invoice of shipping costs that you must pay prior to us sending out your exchange.
    Refunds/ Store credit.
    There will be no refunds for returned items. If upon exchange we do not have the size you are looking for, we can provide a value of store credit equivalent to the price of the garment returned. 
    Damages
    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and exercise discretion over wether it is suitable for an exchange/store credit.
