Q: What’s the shipping time?
A: Our garments are made to order; this usually takes 10 business days prior to delivery.
Q: How do I purchase one/website says sold out
A: Our drops sell out pretty quickly. The time and date of these drops is all announced through our Instagram page @pushpull.shop. Head on over there to get the most up to date info on when the next drop is and how you can cop.
Q: What is the sizing like?
A: Generally, a boxy, oversized fit. We advise going true to size.
Q: What are the sizing options?
Baby (like an XS)
S-M (like a small)
M-L (like a medium)
L-XL (like a large)
XXL+ (like an XL)
Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: You can exchange any item you buy with a different size of the same item whilst stock lasts. If the size you are looking for is unavailable, you can redeem a store credit equivalent to the amount of the garment you purchased. You can enquire for an exchange by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number in that initial email. For more details head to our T&C’s page.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We do not issue refunds unfortunately for change of mind. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
