    Q: What’s the shipping time?

    A: Our garments are made to order, this usually takes 10 business days prior to delivery. 

    Q: How do I purchase one/website says sold out

    A: Our brand has drops that usually sell out pretty quickly. The time and date of these drops is all announced through our Instagram page @pushpull.shop so head on over there to get the most up to date info on when the next drop is and how you can cop.

    Q: What is the sizing like?

    A: Generally a boxy, oversized fit.

     

    Q: What are the sizing options?

    Tees:

    Baby (like an XS)

    S-M (like a small)

    M-L (like a medium)

    L-XL (like a large)

    XXL+ (like an XL)

     

    Hoodies/crewnecks:

    S-M

    L-XL

    XXL+

     

    Q: What if I order the wrong size?

    A: You can exchange any item you buy with a different size of the same item whilst stock lasts. If the size you are looking for is unavailable, you can redeem a store credit for the amount of the garment you purchased.     A: We do not issue refunds unfortunately for change of mind. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
